Liking the term AFD, thankfully I’ve never had to do one, although I did have a small stint of working AFW soon after I graduated when I was working Mon to Fri in an office and Sat & Sun in HMV. Only kept it up for 4 weeks I think and nearly died, then sensibly reclaimed my Sunday!
